Cookie Cups
1 roll Cookie Dough (Sugar or Chocolate Chip) 1 c Chopped Pecans or Walnuts 6 Peanut Butter Cups or Rolos |
Cut the cookie dough into equal disk slices. Dip each slice into chopped nuts. Place candy in middle of slice, cover with another slice, and roll into a ball. Dip top of ball into chopped nuts and drop into a muffin cup liner. Lightly grease a muffin pan if you prefer not to use liners. Place 1 rolled up cookie in each section. Bake cups at 325 degrees for 12-15 min. Remove from pan and cool. |
